Normally we will follow 75K standard.

We got API 20A certificate.
The weight for the castings of BOP is always around 500kg to 30000kg per piece.
1)pattern making
We have our own pattern making workshop.
Normally we use wooden pattern.
2)draw the line and machining
Before we do the machining,we will usually check the margin and draw the line.
3)machining and inspection
We can do all machining for the casting parts.
And all castings should be inspected by UT and MT.
In 2003, Haian Haitai Casting Co.,Ltd. was founded. We offer big steel castings made of low or alloy steel that weigh between 3 and 190 tons per piece.
On a monthly basis, we provide 1000 tons of casting parts for petroleum machinery to customers in Hebei Province Renqiu City, Shanghai Shenkai Group, Yanchen City, and some Russian clients.
Our steel castings have API certification.
Our services only include UT and MT;
we cannot provide RT inspection.
The majority of the BOP castings are pre-machined.

We do the test according to diffrent production step,
such as chemical composition,UT,MT and mechanical property.
In 2021,Haitai inspection and testing center got approval from CNAS.
Our company is near to Shanghai port and we can supply different packing according to customers' specification.
