Most of the material is ZG25CrNiMo.
After quenching,we can get good value for mechanical property.
The product needs to work at low temperatures,
so the corresponding impact requirements will also be higher.

Prodution process
1)Pattern making
We make the wooden pattern according to engineer's design.
We have our ERP system to show when starts and ends the making of the pattern.
When we are busy or for some urgent order,
we will also ask our sub-contractor to help us.
We will only keep the wooden pattern one year.
2)Sand mold making
The castings for the BOP is alway small for us.
We will make the sand mold one day and do the pouring next morning.
The main body is made by silica sand outside with recycled sand inside.
3)Pouring
After we do the pouring,
we will wait for 3 days for cooling.
4)Rough machining and quenching
We will do the rough machining quickly.
After that,we will do UT and MT to check whether there is inside defects or crack.
We will do welding repair according to WPS.
After tempring,we will send them to our sub-contractor for quenching.
5)Post procedure
The rough machining can be very quick,
while we will spend a lot of time for post procedure,such as grinding.
Nomrally we need at least two months from casting to rough machining for delivery.
Most of the castings for BOP is pre-machined.
About Haitai
Haian Haitai Casting Co.,Ltd. is established in 2003 in Huangqiao Town.
In 2007,we moved our factory to Sunzhuang town and now we can supply bigger steel castings with max. weight 45 tons.
And now we can make much bigger castings from 3 to 190 tons.
The material is low carbon or alloy steel.
Now we have two sand mold making workshops,two post procedure workshops,one pattern making workshop and one machining workshop.

We do the test according to diffrent production step,
such as chemical composition,UT,MT and mechanical property.
In 2021,Haitai inspection and testing center got approval from CNAS.
