Low carbon steel is a common material,
it is easy to be produced and done welding repair.

Prodution process
1）pattern making
We will only make part of the mold and assemble them together.
For example we only need make quarter of it.
It can save wooden pattern cost.
If the casting is small and the quantity is big,we will make a same wooden pattern.
2)Melting and pouring
The material is ZG270-500,
it is a very common material.
3)Rough machining
There are punch bottom,punch removal,matrix tee and so on for punching tooling.
For machining,we will have rough machining,semi-finished machining and finished machining.
For every step,we will do UT and MT to guarantee the quality.
Most of the time UT and MT after semi-finished machining is enough to guarantee no defects.
Final UT and MT after finished machining is only for confirm or customer's witness at site.
4)Final machining
The machining requirement for the mold is not high.
But we will firstly mill two sides and weld them together for machining the middle hole.
We will keep the middle hole and side hole in the same core.
5)Packing
We will paint anti-rust oil,such Tectyl 506 or according to customers' requirement.
Then we will use VCI film to wrap it.
On the VCI film we will use some foam to protect the casting.
After that we use poly-wood to fasten it.

Haian Haitai Casting Co.,Ltd. is established in 2003.
We supply large steel castings with low carbon or alloy steel from 3 tons to 150 tons per piece.
With a quick development,now we had supplied steel castings 6,000 tons per month.
There are three workshop for sand mold making,one workshop for machining and one for post procedure.
In 2018,we started the cooperation with NFT,Russia.
We firstly supply them a trial order around 25 tons.
And after trial,we get big orders from NFT and we also supply the castings for OMK.
We visit TMK,OMK factory in 2019.
Russia is a very important market for us.
We also supply some petroluem castings for our Russian customers.

We do the test according to diffrent production step,
such as chemical composition,UT,MT and mechanical property.
In 2021,Haitai inspection and testing center got approval from CNAS.
