Our factory is locatd in Sunzhuang town,Haian,Nantong,Jiangsu,China.
When you visit us,we can pick up you from Shanghai Pudong airport.
From our factory to the airport will be around 2.5 hours.
Production Process
1)Pattern making
We normally use wooden patterns.
The patterns will be made according to engineer's desgin.
Before we use the pattern,our engineer will check the dimension and make a record.
If the quantity for same casting is more than 10pcs,the pattern will be free.

We will only store the pattern for our customer one year to save space.
2)Sand cores making
Most of the sand cores are made by silica sand.
For important position or R corner,we will use chorme ore sand.
We use the silica sand to form the pattern and input CO2 to harden it.
We have around 80 technicians for sand mold making.
Most of them has more than 10 years' experience.

3)Melting and Pouring
We do the melting in the mid-night and do the pouring in the morning.

We will check the chemical composition befoe and after pouring.
4)Heat treatment
We can do the normalizing and tempering.
It will be 4 days for normalizing and 3 days for tempering.
Quenching will be done by our sub-contractor if needed.
The size for our max. heat treatment furnace is 12m*8m*6m,
it is also the biggest size of castings we can make.

5)Machining
Before we do the machining,we will check the margin and draw a line.

We have 3.5m to 10m vertical lathes.
We also have 10 sets of milling and boring machines.
We have one 5x16m and 2.5x6m CNC planer type milling machines.

We have all class certificate,such as DNV,LR,BV,NK,ABS,CCS and so on.

Inspection
1)Chemical compositon
Before and after pouring,we will do the chemical composition test.
2)NDT
After first rough machining,we will do UT and MT to check the crack or inside defects.

Delivery
Before delivery,we will do enough protection on the machining surface,such as anti-rust oil,soft rubber or other seaworthy packing.
